- 5 flour tortillas (I used whole wheat spinach tortillas)
- 15.5 ounces black beans drained and rinsed
- 1 cup brown rice cooked
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 Tablespoons Greek yogurt (or low fat sour cream)
- 1 teaspoon chipotle sauce
Mix rice, beans, and cumin together in bowl.
On your tortilla add your Greek yogurt, chipotle sauce, rice and bean mixture and any other toppings you want to add. See the list of our favorite toppings below.
