Ingredients
5flour tortillas, (I used whole wheat spinach tortillas)
15.5ounces black beans, drained and rinsed
1cupbrown rice, cooked
1teaspooncumin
2TablespoonsGreek yogurt, (or low fat sour cream)
1teaspoonchipotle sauce
Instructions
Mix rice, beans, and cumin together in bowl.
On your tortilla add your Greek yogurt, chipotle sauce, rice and bean mixture and any other toppings you want to add. See the list of our favorite toppings below.
The more veggies you add in there the more nutrients you will be getting!
