Ingredients
1poundprepared pizza dough, fresh (You can find this in the prepared foods section. Whole Foods has a great version)
Grease the basin of the slow cooker with cooking spray.
Press the pizza dough into the bottom and about 2 inches up the sides of the slow cooker.
Spread shredded mozzarella cheese over the dough.
Cover evenly with marinara.
Distribute the sliced pepperoni, sliced black olives, sliced mushrooms, and sliced bell peppers evenly over the sauce.
Cover the toppings with shredded parmesan cheese.
Stretch the dough up the sides as needed to ensure that the filling stays within the dough.
Place a dish towel over the slow cooker and cover it with the lid.
Cook on high for 3 hours.
Notes
You can either keep the pizzas in the oval slow cooker, or you can place the leftover pizza in an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
