Place roast in a slow cooker coated with cooking spray.
Combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over roast.
Cook on high 4-5 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
Remove roast, slice and serve.

You can also add a little water and cornstarch to the juices left in your slow cooker if you wish to make a gravy.
This roast can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
The size of the pork is important to note. Small pork loins will cook fast, while bigger pork loins will take a while longer. A general rule of thumb is, to cook the roast for 2 hours per pound on LOW heat. 1 hour per pound on HIGH heat. You might have to adjust the time for high heat, depending on how your slow cooker cooks).
When you are ready to eat, make sure your pork loin has an internal temperature of 145 degrees.
