Scoop peanut butter into a small bowl, and microwave for 40 seconds. Remove from microwave and stir in ½ cup honey. Microwave for an additional 30 seconds. Remove and stir in vanilla.
Pour peanut butter mixture over the reese's puffs, and stir until completely coated.
Press mixture into a wax paper-lined baking sheet.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until set up.
Cut into bars and serve immediately.
Notes
These don't get really hard, but they will thicken up enough that they stick together and you can cut them into bars.
