Equipment

  • Large Mixing Bowl
  • Electric Mixer

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • cup sugar
  • 8 ounces cool whip 1 container, thawed
  • 1 prepared graham cracker crust
  • 21 ounces Blueberry Pie Filling 1 can

Instructions

  • Beat cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl on medium speed until smooth and the sugar is dissolved.
  • Gently stir in whipped topping.
  • Spoon into pie crust and spread to the edge of crust.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Top with pie filling just before serving.

Notes

I love blueberry cheesecake, but I get it’s not everyones favorite. If you are looking for some alternative toppings, here is what I recommend:

-Fresh Strawberries
-Fresh Peaches and Raspberries
-Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
-Oreos (You could also us an Oreo crust)
-Plain (still tastes delicious as is)
