Ingredients

  • ½ cup Italian Seasoned Breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 4 boneless pork chops

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Grease a 9 x 9" pan with cooking spray.
  • In a small bowl, mix together bread crumbs, cheese, seasoned salt, and salt and pepper.
  • Pour milk into a separate shallow bowl.
  • Dredge each pork chop through the milk, and then through the crumb mixture, making sure each is completely coated.
  • Place the pork chops in the prepared pan.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes on each side.

Notes

Serve over potatoes and drizzled with gravy.
