Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Grease a 9 x 9" pan with cooking spray.
In a small bowl, mix together bread crumbs, cheese, seasoned salt, and salt and pepper.
Pour milk into a separate shallow bowl.
Dredge each pork chop through the milk, and then through the crumb mixture, making sure each is completely coated.
Place the pork chops in the prepared pan.
Bake for 8-10 minutes on each side.
Notes
Serve over potatoes and drizzled with gravy.
