Skinny Banana Cookies Recipe
If you've been fooled by the "healthy cookie" label in the past, don't pass these by. These Skinny Banana Cookies are both healthy and delicious.
- 2 bananas ripe and mashed
- 1 cup old fashioned oats do not cook
- 1/4 cup mini Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Spray a cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
Mix the mashed bananas and oats in a bowl. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Using a spoon, scoop up the batter and place on the cookie sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes.
