Instant Pot Honey Glazed Carrots Recipe
Sticky and sweet these are some of the best Instant Pot honey glazed carrots you will have! Sometimes you even feel like you’re eating a dessert.
- 2 pounds carrots peeled and sliced
- 1 cup water
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil
- 3 Tablespoons honey
- salt and pepper, to taste
- fresh parsley for garnish
Add cut carrots and water to the Instant Pot.
Close the lid, set valve to SEALING and cook on MANUAL OR HIGH PRESSURE for 3 minutes.
After cooking is done, do a quick release and remove the lid.
Drain excess water.
Add olive oil, honey, salt and pepper to the Instant Pot and toss to coat carrots.
Garnish with parsley, if desired.
