- 3 Flatout Thin Crust Breads
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 zucchini (thinly sliced)
- ¼ onion (diced)
- 3 artichoke hearts (diced)
- ¾ cup baby spinach
- 2 tomatoes (diced)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Place flatbreads on a baking sheet.
Spread pizza sauce on each flat bread.
Top with cheese and vegetables.
Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
