Queso Blanco Dip (White Cheese Dip) Recipe
This Queso Blanco Dip has just 5 ingredients, takes just minutes to make, and is a delicious appetizer or party food. Creamy white American cheese, green chiles, and jalapeño combine to make a flavorful queso dip that everyone loves!
- 1¼ pound white American cheese cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chiles
- 2 jalapeños seeded and diced
- ⅔ cup half and half
- ½ cup cold water
Place all ingredients into a microwavable-safe bowl.
Microwave on high for 5 minutes, stopping to stir after every minute. It might appear runny at first, but it will thicken up as it starts to cool down.
