One Pan Baked Fajitas Recipe

  • 2 pounds chicken tenders
  • 1 ounce taco seasoning
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper sliced
  • ½ onion sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil


  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • In a greased 9x13 pan, lay your chicken in an even layer across the bottom.
  • Sprinkle chicken with 1/2 package of taco seasoning. Pour salsa on top of chicken and seasoning and spread into an even layer.
  • Layer vegetables over chicken and salsa and sprinkle with remaining taco seasoning. Drizzle the entire dish with olive oil.
  • Bake for 40 minutes or until your chicken has reached 165 degrees.
  • Slice chicken into strips and serve on tortillas with cheese and your favorite taco seasonings.
