  • 16 ounces angel hair pasta (cooked according to package directions)
  • ¼ cup butter divided
  • 4 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 pounds shrimp peeled and deveined
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh parsley for garnish


  • Cook pasta according to package directions; set aside.
  • Melt 2 Tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add shrimp and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  • Cook shrimp, stirring occasionally for 5-6 minutes or until just pink.
  • Add remaining 2 Tablespoons butter and lemon juice and cook for 2-3 more minutes, or until butter is melted and everything is well combined.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve over cooked pasta.
