- 4 Tablespoons APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
- 2 Tablespoons HONEY
- 1 teaspoon DIJON MUSTARD
- ½ teaspoon SALT
- ⅔ cup OLIVE OIL
IN A LARGE BOWL, COMBINE THE ROMAINE SALAD, PECANS, CRAISINS, APPLES, RED ONION, AND FETA CHEESE.
