  • Large Mixing Bowl


  • 15 ounces canned pumpkin puree
  • 5 ounces  instant vanilla pudding mix
  • ½ Tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 16 ounces cool whip
  • Graham crackers or ginger snaps, for serving


  • In a large bowl, beat together pumpkin, vanilla pudding mix and pumpkin pie spice. Fold in Cool Whip.
  • Keep in the refrigerator until serving and serve with graham crackers or ginger snaps.
