- ½ green pepper
- ⅔ cup chopped spinach
- 3 Roma tomatoes
- 1 avocado
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 8 ounces feta cheese
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
Chop Green Pepper, Spinach, tomatoes, and avocado. Place chopped ingredients in mixing bowl and add olive oil, feta cheese, and Garlic Salt.
Fold ingredients together until well mixed. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
