Ingredients

  • ½ green pepper
  • cup chopped spinach
  • 3 Roma tomatoes
  • 1 avocado
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 8 ounces feta cheese
  • 2 teaspoons garlic salt

Instructions

  • Chop Green Pepper, Spinach, tomatoes, and avocado. Place chopped ingredients in mixing bowl and add olive oil, feta cheese, and Garlic Salt.
  • Fold ingredients together until well mixed. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

  • We love this with baguettes or Ritz Crackers.
