Graham Cracker Crumb Bars Recipe

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 cups flaked coconut
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups chocolate chips


  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and coconut together. Pour in the milk and melted butter and mix together until it's completely incorporated. Spray an 8x8" pan with non-stick cooking spray and press the graham cracker mixture into the pan. Bake for about 10 minutes, then take the bars out of the oven and let cool.
  • Put the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 60 seconds. Stir, and microwave for 30-60 more seconds, or until all the chips are melted and the chocolate is smooth. Spread the chocolate over the bars, sprinkle a couple of graham cracker crumbs on top (if you want- completely optional- I just had a couple of crumbs left in the bottom of the bag, so I dumped them on top), and let cool. Cut into squares once the chocolate has hardened (you can put them in the fridge to speed up the process!).
