PHILLY CHEESESTEAK STROMBOLI
Ever feel like you are in a dinner rut? This Philly Cheesesteak Stromboli is the best way to get out of it. It is so simple to throw together and tastes absolutely amazing.

Ingredients

yellow onion

green bell pepper

rib eye steak

Montreal steak seasoning

refrigerated pizza dough

slices
provolone cheese

eggs

beaten

Instructions
On a skillet over medium heat, melt butter.
Saute onions and peppers until cooked through.
While onions are cooking, slice steak into small thin strips.
Set aside onions and pepper in separate bowl once cooked.
Using the same pan, add steak and Montreal seasoning. Cook meat over medium heat until cooked through.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
On lightly greased baking sheet, roll out pizza dough to cover bottom of pan.
Leaving a 1 inch border, add steak, peppers and onion all over the top of the dough.
Carefully place Provolone cheese slices to cover the steak layer.
Brush 1 inch edge with egg wash.
Fold in corners. Roll pizza dough and seal edges by pinching the dough together.
Brush top with remaining egg wash.
Cut small slits in pizza roll every 1 inch.
Bake for 18-20 minutes until crust becomes golden brown.
Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes. Cut into slices and serve.
