Peppermint Oreo Truffles Recipe
The perfect combination of creamy white chocolate, cream cheese, crushed Oreo, and peppermint candy canes, come together to form the BEST holiday treat.

Ingredients
- 14.3 ounces Oreo cookies, not double stuff
- 4 peppermint candy canes
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips, melted
Instructions
- Separate the Oreo chocolate cookie from the frosting.
- In a blender or food processor, blend the chocolate cookies (not the frosting) and the candy canes until they are finely chopped and there are no large pieces of Oreo.
- Add the frosting and the cream cheese to the blended chocolate cookies, and blend until you get a smooth creamy cookie dough mixture.
- Cover a cookie sheet with wax paper or aluminum foil and roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place on sheet.
- Freeze for an hour, then remove from freezer and melt white chocolate.
- Dip the truffles into the white chocolate and sprinkle with crushed candy cane or holiday sprinkles.
- Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
