Combine the crushed graham cracker crumbs, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla until well combined.
Spread the mixture out on a pizza pan (you can also use a 9 x 13 inch baking dish).
In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and powdered sugar until fully mixed and smooth.
Spread this mixture over the graham cracker crust, leaving a little graham cracker crust showing.
Decorate your pizza with the strawberries and blueberries, and shredded coconut over to finish.
Notes
We recommend that the cream cheese is at room temperature, so it smooths easier. You won't have bumps in your sauce.If you’re making this ahead of time, make the crust and cream cheese frosting and set it in the refrigerator. Pull it out when you’re ready to serve and add the berries and coconut (optional). We’ve found if you add the berries before you refrigerate, the juices will stain the cream cheese topping.
