Line large baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Spread beans in a single layer on a large baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then using your hands (or a large spatula), lightly toss beans until they are coated with oil and seasonings. Spread beans back out in a single layer.
Cook for 20-25 minutes, or until beans are tender and start getting brown spots on the outside.
Notes
We would not recommend roasting frozen beans for this recipe. While you could attempt to cook them thoroughly by thawing them, patting them dry, and adding an extra 10-15 minutes, the extra moisture from frozen beans tends to make them mushy.
