chicken tenders

ounce
taco seasoning
1
cup
salsa
1
red bell pepper

sliced
1
yellow bell pepper
,
sliced
½
onion

sliced

olive oil

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
In a greased 9x13 pan, lay your chicken in an even layer across the bottom.
Sprinkle chicken with 1/2 package of taco seasoning. Pour salsa on top of chicken and seasoning and spread into an even layer.
Layer vegetables over chicken and salsa and sprinkle with remaining taco seasoning. Drizzle the entire dish with olive oil.
Bake for 40 minutes or until your chicken has reached 165 degrees.
Slice chicken into strips and serve on tortillas with cheese and your favorite taco seasonings.
Notes
We use all kinds and brands of salsa. Some of our favorites are Kroger Brand, Herdez, and Pace. They all taste great!
