Preheat oven to 350℉. Place the flat bread on a large baking sheet.
Spread the Alfredo sauce on each flatbread, then top with cheese, chicken, roasted peppers, tomatoes, and green onions.
Place in the oven and cook for 5-7 minutes (or until cheese melts).
Notes
I used flatbreads from my grocery store, but sometimes I will use pita breads. Both work perfectly!
If you don't feel like grilling chicken, you can buy cooked grilled chicken strips at most grocery stores. It makes this recipe even easier!
If you have picky eaters, let each person add their own toppings to their liking.
If desired, you can top these pizzas with some fresh basil - it's delicious!
Fresh parmesan cheese also tastes great on these pizzas.
Before assembling the pizzas, toast your flatbread or pita bread for a crispier crust.
If you do not care for peppers, tomatoes, or onions, feel free to try these other toppings including: cooked sausage, black olives, pepperoni, mushrooms, bacon, pineapple, ham (or Canadian bacon), or switch out Alfredo sauce for BBQ sauce.
