Loaded Baked Potato Tacos are so easy to make and full of flavor. If you are a potato loving fan, you are going to go crazy for these. They are so yummy, and so easy to make.

Instructions
Wash and pierce potatoes with a fork. Wrap in aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
During the last 20 minutes while the potatoes are baking, brown the ground beef. Drain grease and add the taco seasoning mix and the water that is called for on the taco seasoning packet. Let it simmer as directed on the taco seasoning packet.
After the potatoes are done baking, cut them in half lengthwise. Mash them slightly with a fork while in their skins.
Spoon about 1/3 cup seasoned hamburger over each potato. Then top with a dollop of sour cream, cheese, green onions, tomatoes, olives, and bacon.
