minced garlic

chicken stock
salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add onion and garlic and saute until onions are soft and clear.
Add peas and chicken stock, and cover.
Let simmer for 10 minutes, or until peas are soft and heated through.
Season with salt and pepper and serve.
Notes
Feel free to add more chicken stock if needed.
