One of my favorite things to eat at the fair is grilled corn on the cob. It has such a nice, smoky flavor to it that I think is utterly divine! I thought it would be so easy to make at home, and boy was I right!
Peel back corn husks, leaving them attached at the base of the ear of corn. Remove and discard silk. Spread 1 Tablespoon of butter over each ear of corn and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pull husks back over the corn. Completely cover each ear of corn in aluminum foil. Place foiled corn on the grill and cover.
Cook for 30 minutes, occasionally turning corn cobs using tongs. Remove foil and pull back husks before serving.
