These Halloween Spooky Smile Cookies will brighten up your Halloween celebration. So easy to whip up for a Halloween party! Kids love them.

Ingredients

  • 24 peanut butter cookies
  • 1 cup Nutella, or your favorite chocolate frosting (you could also use red frosting)
  • 10 ounces mini marshmallows, 1 bag

Instructions

  • Cut a peanut butter cookie in half.
  • Spread both halves with Nutella or frosting.
  • Line the rounded edge of one cookie with marshmallows. Use as many marshmallows as you want. Typically, 4-5 marshmallows per cookie make a cute smile.
  • Place the other cookie on top, with the frosted side touching the marshmallows. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

This recipe is easy to substitute with different cookies and icing flavors. The assembling of the cookie sandwich is a kid-friendly activity, too.
