Funfetti Cake Batter Cookies
These Funfetti Cake Batter Cookies are not only fun to make they are super delicious to! The perfect little cookie for any occasion!

Ingredients
- 15.25 ounces Funfetti Cake Mix
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- ½ cup sprinkles

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 ℉.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix and baking powder.
- In a small bowl, mix together the eggs, oil and vanilla.
- Add the egg mixture to the cake mixture and stir to combine. Stir in the sprinkles. Drop by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes on the cookie sheet before transferring to cooling rack
- They will be very soft at first but will harden as they cool even more.
Notes
If you want your cookies to have extra sprinkles, roll the dough balls in sprinkles before putting them on the pan.
