Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, melt butter.
Whisk in sugar, vanilla, and eggs until combined.
In a separate mixing bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking powder. Add to wet ingredients and combine.
Microwave Nutella for 20-30 seconds, or until melted and add to batter.
Spread batter into prepared baking pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Notes
These brownies don’t have an overwhelming Nutella taste. It’s more of a hint of hazelnut that makes the brownies extra rich, moist, chocolaty and fudgy.If you wanted to kick up the Nutella flavor, we would recommend drizzling some on top before serving.
