Ingredients
½teaspoonrosemary
½teaspoonsalt
¼teaspoonblack pepper, freshly ground
8(3 ounce)lamb rib chops, (be sure to trim off as much fat as possible)
2Tablespoonsolive oil
Instructions
Combine chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Sprinkle herb mixture evenly over lamb; gently rub onto lamb.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil to pan; swirl to coat. Add lamb; cook 3 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Remove lamb from pan and let stand 5 minutes.
