Ingredients
2(16 ounce) cansblack beans, (drain one, and leave the liquid from the other one)
½white onion, diced
1clovegarlic, minced
2Tablespoonsfresh cilantro, chopped
11 ounce packetranch dressing mix
salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
In a large saucepan, combine beans, onion, and garlic and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low, and then add in cilantro, ranch dressing, and salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes, and then serve.
