Ingredients
1egg
1Tablespoonmilk
1(2.8 ounce) canFrench-fried onions , (crushed)
½cupParmesan cheese
½cupdry bread crumbs
1teaspoonpaprika
½teaspoonsalt
¼teaspoonpepper
5boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into pieces
¼cupbutter, melted
Instructions
Heat oven to 350 degrees F
In a shallow bowl, whisk together egg and milk.
In another bowl, combine the crushed onions, cheese, bread crumbs, paprika, salt and pepper.
Dip chicken in the egg mixture, then roll in the onion mixture. Place coated chicken pieces in a greased baking dish. Drizzle melted butter on top of chicken.
Bake, uncovered for 40-50 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.
