red and yellow food coloring
Chocolate Ganache Topping:
2¼cupssemi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a bowl, beat together butter, sugar, and cocoa. Once it's completely mixed, add 4 eggs one at a time, mixing after each one.
Add flour, salt and vanilla and mix well. Spread on large (10x15x1 inch) greased cookie sheet or jelly roll pan.
Bake for 22-25 minutes and remove from oven once finished.
Let cool for 30-60 minutes (stick in the freezer for about 15-20 minutes to speed up the cooling process).
For the orange frosting, mix butter, milk, powdered sugar and extract. Add food coloring (I used about 10 drops of yellow and 3 drops of red to get my pale orange color).
Frost brownies and then put in freezer for another 20 minutes.
Melt chocolate chips and butter in the microwave and spread on top of the frosting layer.
Freeze another 20 minutes to set.
