In a bowl, mix together, the shredded chicken, cream cheese, Mexican cheese, salsa, and onions with a hand mixer.
Add the diced avocado, taco seasoning, and garlic, garlic salt, salt and pepper, and mix at a slow speed.
Spread a thin layer over a tortilla and roll the tortilla up.
Cut into 1 inch bites.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.

If you want to make this recipe healthier, you can try the following modifications:
Use wheat or spinach tortillas instead of flour tortillas.
Instead of cream cheese, use plain Greek yogurt. Your filling will be more runny, so you can add more chicken. Other alternatives to cream cheese, include low-fat cream cheese, or using half cream cheese and half plain Greek ygourt.
Add more vegetables - celery, small carrot shreds, zucchinis, red peppers, spinach, or arugula.
