Ingredients
4boneless skinless chicken breasts, (cooked and cubed)
3cupbroccoli florets, (steamed)
10stripsbacon, (cooked and crumbled)
1½cupplain Greek yogurt
1Tablespoonranch dressing mix
1teaspoonroasted garlic seasoning
½teaspoonpepper
1cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
1½cupshredded Mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray a 9 x 13 inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Place the chicken on the bottom of the pan and top with broccoli and bacon.
In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, ranch dressing mix, roasted garlic seasoning and pepper; spread evenly over chicken, broccoli and bacon.
