I love a new healthy lunch or dinner recipe, and this Chicken Avocado Salad, is exactly that. It's delicious plain, or on pita bread. You will love it.

Ingredients
4boneless skinless chicken breasts, (cooked and diced)
2avocado, diced
1cucumber, diced
½red onion, diced
¼cupcilantro, finely chopped
1cupcherry tomatoes, halved
Dressing:
4Tablespoonlime juice
2Tablespoonolive oil
¼teaspoongarlic salt
½teaspoonpepper
½teaspoonred pepper flakes
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine chicken, avocado, cucumber, red onion, cilantro, and cherry tomatoes.
In a separate bowl, combine lime juice, olive oil, garlic salt, pepper and crushed red pepper flakes until well combined.
Pour dressing mixture over the chicken and vegetables and mix until well combined.
