This Cherry Cola Jello Salad is a simple and delicious side dish, that everyone is going to love. It has the bet flavor, and is the perfect side, to any dish.
Drain pineapple (saving the juice) and set the fruit aside. In a saucepan, bring the pineapple juice and water to a boil.
Add jello and stir until it's completely dissolved. Stir in the cola, pineapple, and the pie filling and mix until completely incorporated.
Pour jello into a large serving bowl or 9 x 11 inch pan. Refrigerate until firm (about 4 hours).
