In a large skillet, brown hamburger until no longer pink. Drain grease, then add ketchup, mustard, onion, pickle relish, and seasoned salt. Cook for an additional minute or two until everything is combined. Remove from heat and mix in shredded cheese, then set aside and let it cool.
Place about ¼ cup of meat mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper. Fold the side corners in, then brush some water (you can use your finger or a brush) on the remaining edges of the wrapper and roll up. Place the egg rolls seam side down on a plate or baking sheet. Brush the egg roll with olive oil, then set aside until you’re ready to cook.
Bake in the air fryer at 360℉ for 7 minutes. Remove and flip, then bake for an additional 2 minutes.
While the egg rolls are frying, make the sauce by mixing together all the ingredients. Serve the egg rolls warm with the sauce.

Pour 2-3 inches of oil in a deep pan or pot, and heat it to 350 degrees.
Fry 3-4 egg rolls at a time for 4-6 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned.

Preheat oven to 350℉.
Spray the tops of egg rolls with nonstick cooking spray.
Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown, flipping over halfway through.
