BUBBLE UP ENCHILADAS RECIPE
These Bubble Up Enchiladas are my new go to. They are healthy, simple, and fast to throw together on those busy nights.

Ingredients
1
lb
ground turkey
1
(10oz) can
enchilada sauce
1
(8oz) can
tomato sauce
1
(7.5oz) package
biscuit dough
1¼
cup
shredded Mexican blend cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brown the ground turkey and drain.
Mix in the can of enchilada sauce and tomato sauce.
Cut the biscuits into fourths and stir them into the cooked turkey mixture
Pour it into a greased 9 x 9 inch pan.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Bake an additional 5-7 minutes for cheese to melt.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
