Breakfast Tacos Recipe
Looking for something new for breakfast? These breakfast tacos are absolutely amazing and so easy to make. Use common ingredients you may already have on hand. A great way to start your day.

red potatoes

refried beans

Instructions
Dice potatoes and pepper
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the diced potatoes and peppers in the olive oil until completely cooked through and potatoes are soft.
In a separate pan whisk together milk and eggs and scramble them in pan until done.
Spread refried beans in center of each tortilla.
Top with eggs, potatoes and peppers, cheese, and bacon.
Fold tortillas in half forming tacos. Serve warm.
Notes
You can also use corn tortillas in these breakfast tacos.
