Season the pork chops: pat dry pork chops with paper towels.
In a small bowl, combine paprika, onion and garlic powder.
Bush the pork chops with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper, to taste. Rub the remaining spice all over the pork chops.
Cook the pork chops: preheat your air fryer to 400℉.
Add the pork chops to the basket (in batches if needed) and cook for 7 minutes. Carefully flip the pork chops and cook for another 5 to 7 minutes or until the inner temperature reaches 145℉.
Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
You can use boneless pork chops if you want. Just remember that they have a better chance of overcooking, so reduce the cooking temperature and time.
