- 16 ounces pasta bowtie
- 3 cups chicken cooked and shredded
- 1 red bell pepper diced
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 2 (10.75) ounce cream of chicken soup
- 10 ounces peas frozen
- 1 ½ cups milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt more or less to taste
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ⅔ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup cheddar cheese shredded
Cook pasta according to directions on package.
In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add red peppers and saute for a couple of minutes (until tender).
Add in the soup, peas, milk, garlic powder, salt and pepper to the pot and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 1-2 minutes or until heated through.
Stir in cooked chicken and cheese.
Drain pasta; add to cheesy chicken mixture and toss to coat.
