  • cup non-alcoholic Pina Colada Mix
  • cup pineapple juice
  • ½ teaspoon coconut extract
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple cubed
  • ½ cup green grapes halved
  • ½ cup red grapes halved
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • ½ cup blackberries
  • 10 strawberries quartered
  • 2 cutie oranges peeled and sectioned

Instructions

  • Make the sauce. Whisk together the pina colada mix, pineapple juice, and coconut extract and set aside.
  • Assemble the salad. Toss together the pineapple, grapes, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, and cuties in a large salad bowl. Drizzle the sauce over the fruit and gently toss to coat the fruit evenly in the sauce.
  • Serve. Cover and chill in the refrigerator and serve cold.
