  • 1 cup frozen pineapples
  • 1 cup frozen mangoes
  • ¼ cup coconut cream (just the solid part; discard the liquid)
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Combine the frozen pineapples, frozen mangos, coconut cream, honey, lemon juice, and salt in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Scoop the dole whip into a piping bag and swirl it into bowls. If you would like a more frozen dessert, tie the filled piping bag with a rubber band and keep it in the freezer for 30 minutes before piping it into bowls.
  • Top with fresh fruit.

Store any leftovers in the freezer.
