- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn (drained)
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ red bell pepper (diced)
- 2 green onions (sliced)
- 1 Tablespoon diced green chiles (drained)
- 1 (13 ounce) package tortilla chips (for dipping)
