 I came across this recipe for an Easy Vegetable Stir Fry, switched it up according to my family's liking, and had ourselves a brand new and delicious side dish.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 red pepper chopped
  • 1 green pepper chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 red onion chopped
  • 1 bunch of broccoli chopped
  • 1 bunch of cauliflower chopped
  • 1 zucchini sliced
  • 1 stalk of celery sliced very thin
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup  Panda Express Mandarin Sauce
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken

Instructions

  • Turn your stove to medium high and heat your oil in a large frying pan. Add all of the veggies that you are using. Mix them so the oil covers the majority of them. 
  • Cook them for about 5 to 10 minutes, or until all veggies are soft.
  • Once they are cooked, put them on a plate and top with shredded cooked chicken.  Pour a little Mandarin Sauce over the top.  Serve hot.
