Fun Size Snickers bars
(chopped and divided)
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl mix the cream cheese, vanilla, powdered sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter, and marshmallow creme together until smooth.
Chop 7 of the fun size Snickers bars into sixths. Fold them into the cheese ball mixture.
Form the dough into a ball as best as you can.
Place the dough onto a big sheet of plastic wrap.
Wrap it well, and then wrap another piece of plastic wrap going the other direction around the ball so that it is completely covered.
Place in the fridge for about 4 hours to set up.
Chop the remaining Snickers bars into sixths, while the cheese ball is setting up in the fridge.
Remove from fridge and unwrap. It should be easier to form into a ball.
Place on a serving plate and press the chopped Snickers pieces all over the cheese ball.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
We like to dip vanilla wafers or graham crackers into the cheese ball.
