Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups quick oats
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter
  • cup honey
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 Tablespoons ground Flax seeds
  • ¼ cup vanilla protein powder optional
  • ¼ cup mini semi sweet chocolate chips optional

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
  • Roll dough into 1" balls and place on a baking sheet.
  • Place in the freezer for about 1 hour, then store in a resealable bag or airtight container in the fridge for up to a week (or in the freezer for up to a month).
