Ingredients

  • 16 ounces pasta 1 box
  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes diced
  • 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast cooked and cubed
  • 2 cups baby spinach leaves
  • teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • teaspoon garlic salt
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Boil the shells according to the package. Drain the water.
  • In another bowl combine the ricotta cheese and water
  • Microwave the mixture for 1 minute and stir until creamy.
  • Add in the diced tomatoes, cubed chicken, and spinach leaves.
  • Mix in the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and garlic salt until well combined.
  • Toss well and top with shredded Parmesan cheese.

Notes

  • Any noodles or pasta you have on hand, will work for this recipe.
