Ingredients

boneless pork sirloin roast

cans
diced green chiles
,
(4 ounces each; 20 ounces total)

packet
taco seasoning
3
teaspoon
ground cumin

flour tortillas

or corn tortillas
favorite taco toppings
,
(shredded lettuce, cotija cheese, pico de gallo, guacamole, salsa, red onion, cilantro, shredded cheese, etc)

Instructions
Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
Place roast in the bottom of the slow cooker.
In a mixing bowl, mix together chilies, taco seasoning, and cumin. Spoon green chile mixture over pork.
Place lid on the slow cooker and cook on LOW heat for 8-10 hours.
When pork is done cooking, shred or slice roast (it should fall apart pretty easily) and serve on top of tortillas with your favorite toppings.
